Privacy statement — early-bird sign-up

Who: Cvil (Constructeur Voor Iedereen Lekker) is run by Ramtin Rezvani, the Netherlands. Contact: hello@cvil.nl.

What we collect when you sign up: your email address, plus the language and page you signed up on, whether you used the pop-up or the form, the link channel you came from (for example a LinkedIn link) and the date.

Why: to keep you informed about Cvil: news and any offers we may have, once we officially start. We do not promise any particular offer. We do not use the details for anything else, do not sell them and do not share them with third parties for their own use.

Legal basis: your consent (the box you tick). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where: the details are stored in a database of Google Cloud in the EU (Netherlands region, europe-west4), which acts as our processor.

How long: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case at most 12 months after you signed up; after that we delete them or ask for your consent again. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, by emailing hello@cvil.nl. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

The calculators themselves do not need an account and set no cookies. Visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) are collected without cookies.
